RKM LOGISTICS PTY LTD operates from a single office in Acacia Ridge, Queensland. All freight enquiries, quotations, bookings, and shipment updates are coordinated from this location. The company commenced operations in May 2022 and trades under its registered company name.

Visiting and deliveries

Our Bradman Street office is administrative and coordination-focused. Heavy cargo receival and storage occur at partner warehouses and carrier facilities arranged per booking — not at the street address unless explicitly agreed in writing for a specific appointment.

Courier document deliveries should include company name and contact person on the label. For shipment status, email is often fastest when you include bill of lading or house bill numbers in the subject line.

Accounts and compliance correspondence

Finance and customs-related queries should reference invoice numbers and entry identifiers where known. Privacy requests under our Privacy Policy may also be sent to info@rkmlogistics.com.au with “Privacy request” in the subject line.

Response expectations

Written enquiries including complete cargo data typically receive a first response within one business day. Shipment status questions are prioritised when bill of lading or house bill numbers appear in the subject line. Complex project or compliance topics may require a short clarification call — we will propose times rather than issue generic holding replies.
